WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we accept payments from major creadit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.
We also accept payment through Paynow & Paylah!

Once payment verification has been made on our end, you will receive a final confirmation email to notify you when your order has been shipped.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO, AND WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Singapore Wide Same Day Delivery (Grab) - SGD15
All other countries - SGD30
 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Upon successful receipt of your payment, you will receive a final confirmation email to notify you when your order has been shipped.

For orders based in Singapore, please expect to have your lemonhead scarfs delivered to your doorsteps within 3 - 5 working days upon payment verification.
For orders based in Malaysia, please expect to have your lemonhead scarfs delivered to your doorsteps within 7 - 10 working days upon payment verification.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY / TAXES FOR MY BAG ORDER?

Each country has different rules, so we would advise that you contact your local postal service to find out more about the costs in your country. Our shipping costs do not include any customs or import duties. Lemonhead will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please ensure that you have your order reference that was sent out to you via email, upon order confirmation and the email address that was used to place your order. Alternatively, you may also manually check the status of your order, by dropping us a mail at info@lemonhead.store
